When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer—thanks for your patience!
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes—MAO’s Candle Shop ships across the U.S. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See Shipping & Returns for full details and exclusions.
My candle arrived damaged—what should I do?
Send us a message with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
Do you accept gift messages?
