When will my order ship?

Most orders ship in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If expedited options are available at checkout, you’ll see them there. Need something by a specific date? Reach out via Contact and we’ll do our best.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help make it right as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because candles are personal-use items, we can’t accept returns of opened/used products. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll review options (replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
